This is the conversation I had with my 73 year old male patient today...

patient: Are you married?

me: Nope.

patient: Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you Mormon?

me: Yes, yes I am.

patient:{thinking really hard} Oh, I was just asking cause I thought Mormons were pro-marriage.

me: Yes we are.  I just haven't found anyone who wants to be pro-marriage with me yet.

patient: It's really not that hard. {says the man that's been married 3 times already.}

me: Thanks.  I'll keep that mind.
