It's like Santa didn't come

As you know from the previous post, I went to bed with full anticipation of all this snow on the ground when I woke up. In fact, I really couldn't fall asleep till 3am ( excitement? maybe. Time change? Probably.) Anyway, when my alarm went off at 6am this morning, I jumped out of bed and prayed for so much snow that we would get a snow day. I pulled the curtain back from the window and what was there...1 inch of slush. The reality hit; it was going to be a normal day. Sigh.
